Training and Technical Assistance Center (HIVTAC), a cooperative
agreement to enhance the skills of planners, administrators
and providers in identifying and serving the most hard-to-reach
individuals living with HIV, including but not limited to
active substance users; racial, ethnic and linguistic minorities;
homeless individuals; people with serious mental illness;
the recently incarcerated; women; and adolescents.
